Mmmm...Bibliotheque!

Yes, I gave a new meaning to that phrase. I don't like public computers, especially the ones in the Morrisset Library. The keyboards are so stiff, the keys are all missed up (damn French keyboards!) and I just don't feel comfortable using them. But I have to, in order to access the Internet. Thanks to Danny and Leon who came on Saturday to help me fix the problem by doing "you know what" (wink wink). I have no idea what they did (wink wink) so I can't even explain it here. So it worked perfectly fine and then we headed off to fellowship. Came back from fellowship with the intention of catching up on all the missed blog entries and chatting on MSN. Well, that didn't happen. Why? Because everytime I tried to access the Internet, my computer would not respond. So yeah..I figured it was sick.

Talked to Danny the next morning after service and we figured I have spyware on my computer. URGH...cuz my CPU would say 100% all the time if I was connected to the Internet. So I have disabled my internet connection and the computer works just as good.

So now, I'm stuck at the library again. It's so inconvenient! URGH. Leon's going to come fix it in the near future....At least I think this internet deprival thing is getting a bit better, as I am now able to focus on my readings, knowing that I don't have access to the internet without having to walk 20 minutes to the library. Oh well................

I'm also aching on my right side due to roller/foot hockey. I totally wiped out on my first shift because I was not used to stopping with the brakes when I went to get the ball and thought it was still ice hockey so I tried hockey stopping...yeah. BAD IDEA. *wham* I went to the ground. Owwiiieeee. I also have a bruise on my left knee from blocking a shot. After the little fall. I decided to take off my blades and play the rest of the time on foot. I didn't get any goals but I did get some chances, including one on a breakaway. I had Danny beaten and out...but I shot the ball off the crossbar! So frustrating! LOL. I guess that's why we call him "Tank". Took the bus home and proceeded to make dinner, eat dinner, and shower. I was incredibly tired and in pain that I could barely stay up so I just hit the sacks at around 10:15....Woke up this morning at 6:30am (damn my body clock!) but stayed in bed and tried to sleep till 9am. LOL.

Then I put on the finishing touches of my work-term report, ate lunch, read an article for my POL 3502 class and then proceeded to the library, where I am now checking my e-mail, blogging, and then search some reference stuff for my bibliography.

Ok...so this will probably be my last entry for a little while. I don't intend to blog everytime I come to the library, because it'll be really quick computer usage since these comps irritate me!

Hahaha, poor lydia. Yes, I hate the library computers too. Friggin' french keyboards annoy the heck outta me. You should try using the computers at Montpetit, mucho bueno (much better, just in case you don't comprend mexican) They're the same ones we have for engineering so you know that they're semi-decent. The only drawback is that you apparently can't talk there. You must be wondering, "Alfred why would you be using the comps. in morriset?" well, for my elective courses my partners are never engineers soo yeah.. it's not because i'm going there to meet girls :P. Jamie does that :D. Anyhow, good luck with your courses.

I don't think Mexican is a language. Spanish is a language though! Silly engineers...

Anyway! I'll see if I can come fix your comp sometime this week. Sorry I didn't come today, I was just so tired.
