How stupid can you get?!

Again, Americans are just plain stupid.

My cell phone voicemail clearly states "Hi, you've reached the voicemail of Lydia Pang. I'm sorry I missed your call. Please leave a brief message and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you" (or something along those lines).

So my question (rant) is: why do you think I'm GAYLORD HOTELS?!? (snickers at the name...) and leave a message regarding your reservation. Quite frankly, I do not care when you will be arriving or why the hotel has overcharged your account. Once, I had some redneck lady leave a message with all of her account information and her phone number, hoping that I would call her back with an answer. GRRRRRR....

I really want to keep my number because it's soooo easy but if I'm going to change it, I'll have to go through the hassle of going through customer service at Telus and a fee of $25, unless I can really really convince them of my problem, which the fee may be deferred, as told to me by a Telus sales rep at Rideau Centre.

no, telus won't do anything. I was a customer of telus for 6 years, so you would think that I have some loyalty service type thing right? Yeah right...when I first signed on the plan, call ID was free, but apparently they had a screw up with that, so they decided to charge me. My phone broke and I needed a new one so I'm like, why do I need to pay for phone swap? No one else does it. And the sales rep at Rideau told me, "Well, if you call them, you might be able to get it waived" Yeah...that didn't happen. But because I was a "Business client" (my dad's phone before he got one from the gov't) I could do it online for free...haha...anyway, the CS person on the phone said that Rogers does it too. Little do they know...
