Pique-nique

Today was the annual (?) OCAC picnic at Vincent Massey Park (note: this is NCC property...not city property!). I decided to go because, and this is in no particular order: 1) free food; 2) I need to get out of the apartment; 3) studying in such nice weather sucks; and 4) fellowship with others.

Aside from the weather being somewhat crappy in the morning, it stayed dry during our picnic. Only when we started playing games, which was after everyone ate, did the skies open up. I enjoyed myself today, although the moths kept attacking me. I even met a new friend! Her name is Rebecca and she'll be moving to Scarbs to work for Telus in the marketing department. Looks like we'll see some of her creativity in the near future! Hahaha. I didn't take any pictures, like I promised because when it was time to play games, it started to pour. Booo. Then everyone just decided to call it quits. By the time everyone started to disperse and leave, it was sunny again. Oh well. I had to head home anyways to study. Darn.

The only pictures to come out of today were the following (taken by Leon):

What's in this bag of chips?

Rebecca decides to stick her head into the bag to find out...

Rebecca doesn't look too impressed, so Benita decides to try her hand at it.

Benita finds a pretzel!

Looks like Lucy's picking her nose in this pic...hahahah! And Mil's laughing at her. :)
