Mr. Golden Sun, where are you?

The weather in Ottawa has been crappy of late. Grey skies all the time with minimal amounts of sunlight. This makes Lydia grumpy and sleepy.

Anyway, nothing really much going on. Work's been going well. I have my co-op evaluation on Tuesday so I'll let you guys know how that goes. I hope it goes well. I don't anticipate any harsh comments, but you might never know. Bosses have been on the edge lately because of the workload and the news that our office will be moving to another DND building, which is slated to be closed in the very near future. I think with the new direction the Canadian Forces is heading towards and the transformation of the department itself, many "insignificant" units are being moved elsewhere and farther away from the main NDHQ buildings such as Pearkes. This creates a problem for our office because it's difficult for us to track these people down, especially those that are GSOs and OSH committee reps, since they're moving from one building to another and their Outlook profile hasn't changed. I think I called 5 people this week and reached the wrong person. Oh well. The earliest our office will be moving is in January, so I'll be able to finish off my work-term at Pearkes.

Going to The Gathering tonight at Scotiabank Place. Should be lots of fun.
