Friday was Jen's 21st birthday and Aaron organized a surprised party for her at Mel's place. So a few of us went to Mel's apartment to surprise her with cake and ice cream. We had a good time shooting elastic bands at each other with these specially-made wooden toy guns from Mongolia (?) that Mel bought when she was over in the Far East this summer. We also had some walk-offs...played with Lil's computer (she wasn't home!) and well, got warning from security that our music was too loud (whooops). T'was a fun night. Here's a group pic:
